Round-up: Steeplechasers in Berlin. Two Wins for Freddy

Olympic steeplechasers Michelle Finn and Kerry O’Flaherty travelled to Berlin for Saturday’s ISTAF Meeting, where they finished seventh and ninth. A small Irish team ran at the Luzern International in Switzerland where cold, windy chances scuppered any chances of fast times. Mark Hanrahan of Leevale led home a large Irish contingent at today’s Rotterdam Marathon. Hanrahan’s time of 2:19.52 saw him finishing 34th.
