Clonliffe’s Brian Gregan nailed down his World Championships place when winning the 400m with a of 45.48 secs at the Bonus-Track meet in Notwill, Switzerland. Clonmel’s Kevin Maunsell was a comfortable winner of the 15th Irish Runner 56-Mile, held on a gloriously sunny morning in the Phoenix Park.
