Pollock runs 62:46 at World Half Marathon. Mooney, McCormack win Wicklow Way 26km (results added)

Paul Pollock finished 14th in the World Half Marathon Championships in Cardiff. Despite the windy, wet conditions, Pollock clocked an excellent time of 62 mins 46 secs and was second European. Raheny’s Mick Clohisey finished tenth in this morning’s Seville Marathon with his time of 2:15. 11 moving him into second on the list for Rio ’16.
