Slieve Gullion’s Paddy Hamilton won the Rochford 4-Mile in Tinryland, Carlow tonight. Hamilton’s time of  19 mins 56 secs put him comfortably clear of Kilkenny’s Brian Maher, with Cillian O’Leary of Raheny in third place.
