Loreto Mullingar was first team. Over a hundred finished the minor boys’ race where Conor Leane of St Peter’s Dunboyne came out on top ahead of the St Pat’s Navan duo of Marcus Clarke andminor-girls Owen Moore. St Peter’s had three points to spare over St Pat’s to win the team event.

Loreto Mullingar’s Caoimhe O’Brien was a clear winner of the junior girls’ race and led her school to team victory. In the closest race of the day, Jake Cullen of Dunshaughlin held off his team mate Sean O’Connor to win the junior boys’ race. Shane Smith of St Pat’s Navan in third place was leading his school to the team title.

Susan Glennon of St Finian’s Mullingar came out on top in the inter girls’ where Loreto Mullingar, with three in the top five, were comfortable team winners. St Pat’s and St Finian’s dominated the inter boys’ race with only John Hatton from Boyne College in Trim getting in the mix. Conor McHugh of St Finian’s was the winner with Fergus Crilly St Pat’s in second place ensuring St Pat’s took the team title.intermediate-boys
