Dunleer’s Darragh Green won the 122nd Clonliffe 2-mile which last night returned to Santry for the the first time since 1985. The course took in a loop of Northwood and Santry Demesne Park with the finish on the Santry track.
By the time the runners entered the stadium, Green had a decisive lead over Raheny’s Conor Dooney with Ian Guiden the first Clonliffe man in third place, just edging out Conor Healy. A decisive winner of the women’s race was Raheny’s Annette Kealy.
