Fat Turkey win for Mooney

For a second year, DSD’s Killian Mooney won the Fat Turkey 10k in Howth today.
Mooney’s time of 33 mins 49 secs saw him finish comfortably clear of fellow mountain running international Ian Conroy of Raheny, who finished in 34:47. Third was Ciaran McCarthy is 35:02. First woman in 41 mins 53 secs was Zoe Quinn/ Leonie Mcauley was one second behind for second place, wth Orla Timmons third in 41:53. A total of 441 finished with all funds going to the development of Sutton RFC rugby.
