McMullen through to long jump final in Korea

A jump of 7.70m in the second of two qualifying groups saw the Ulsterman safely through to tomorrow’s final (9.50am Irish time). He is ranked fifth of twelve evenly matched finalists, so a medal is very possible. Topping the list of qualifiers is Ted Hooper of Taipei with a jump of 7.90m.
