Paul McKee (Beechmount Hrs) continued his comeback by winning the 400m at the Dublin Graded Meet/Dublin Championships in Santry.  in 47.60s. McKee, now 34, ran a time of 47.60 to  put him third in the 2012 400m Irish rankings.
Behind him came two athletes he now coaches- European Champiosnhips bound JAson Harvey who set a PB of 48.13 and Ben Maze (Lagan Valley) in h 49.27. Brendan Murphy (City of Lisburn) was 4th in 49.41 to make it  a  Northern Irish clean sweep.

David Flynn and his Clonlifee clubmate Gary O’Hanlon took control took control from the start of he 3rd Bravehart 5km in Trim. After running together for the entire race,  O’Hanlon sportingly raised his younger  clubmate’s arm as they crossed the line  in 16.07 and 16.08.  Third was Kevin Baker from Mullingar.
First women was  Dunboyne veteran Emilia Dan, who finished ahead of Imelda Clarke from Na Fianna and Linda Fahy of Dunshaughlin, recently selected for the World Duathlon Championships.
